IMPORTANT NOTICE: Effective April 8, 2025, WHEDA closed all Tenant-Based Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting lists and is not accepting new applications at this time. Exceptions will be made for VASH voucher referrals and applications for the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) properties located in Hartford, Manitowoc, Chilton, and Oconto.
