- Last four digits of Social Security number or EIN
- Date of Birth
- Owner name, as listed with WHEDA
- Email address, as listed with WHEDA
- Click the Verify button
A green success message will display: "We have found your application, but you have not signed up. Please click Sign Up to create an account and access your profile."
Complete Sign-Up
Click the Sign-Up button to create your account and access your owner portal.
