Tenant Portal Registration Information

Manage your housing assistance account online with ease. Access documents, complete recertification, and communicate securely with your Program Administrator.

How to Register

Follow these simple steps to create your account

1. Visit the Registration Page
Go to https://whedatenant.reframeassist.io/ and click the Register button to begin the registration process.

2. Enter Head of Household Information
You will need to provide the following information for the Head of Household:

  • Last four digits of the Social Security number or EIN
  • Date of Birth
  • Owner name, as listed with WHEDA
  • Email address, as listed with WHEDA

After entering all information, click the Verify button to proceed.

3. Confirmation Message
A green success message will display confirming your information:

"We have found your application, but you have not signed up. Please click Sign Up to create an account and access your profile."

4. Complete Sign-Up
Click the Sign-Up button to create your account and gain full access to your tenant portal.
